Founded in early 2025, Core Strata has rapidly grown to manage 28 properties totaling 529 lots across Melbourne. Our expanding portfolio spans diverse communities, including Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Travancore, Pakenham, West Melbourne, Brunswick, East Brunswick Croydon, and Clifton Hill and  Aspendale, Mentone, Carrum Downs and Elwood.
