Guy discovered his true calling in managing Owners Corporation in Canberra, which opened doors for his impressive career before ultimately relocating to Melbourne. With 15 years of experience in working with the government sector in a variety of business and ICT roles. Sam’s strong business acumen has enabled him to successfully establish his own consulting company, working with clients across the government sector to solve complex problems and build sustainable capability, enabling his clients to be independent and not dependent.

This passion and expertise have led Sam to his current role as Director & Business Development Manager at Core Strata. Bringing extensive knowledge in system software, financial management, and strategic budgeting, he ensures that Core Strata acts in the best interest of every Owners Corporation under its management. Sam is committed to delivering exceptional service, transparency, and efficiency, making a tangible difference in the strata industry.
